Best Uses: Everyday, Sport, Hiking

Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven

I've used a pair of these in my street shoes/work shoes and a pair in my athletic shoes for the last 12 months. I use a stand-up desk to reduce stiffness and pain from sitting all day and my feet used to ache. After using these insoles, my feet feel fine at the end of the day. I also found using them in sports shoes dramatically reduced the ache I used to feel after running and playing basketball. I used to occasionally suffer from plantar fascitis and night cramps in my feet. After using these Superfeet blues, I've not had a bout of either. After using these every day for over a year, they still are in great shape. Be prepared for them to not look or feel comfortable at all if you're used to using inserts that feel gel-like, cushy or comfy. These are exceptionally stiff and supportive so when you first put them on, you may think the people who recommend them are crazy. Give them a week or two and I'm pretty sure you'll be a believer.
